All timepieces sold are pre-owned vintage items.

  • Condition: Items are sold "as described." Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • Performance: While we guarantee functionality, please note that vintage movements may show slight variances in precision compared to modern digital standards.

  • Water Resistance: Vintage watches should generally be considered not water-resistant unless otherwise stated.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in PHP

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items at any time without notice.

  • Payments must be cleared in full before an item is dispatched.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide

  • The Passage of Time is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or delays incurred by international shipping.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the item is handed to the courier.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the rare and vintage nature of our collection, all sales are generally final.

  • If an item arrives significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property
