Tissot Art Deco Tank A222 "Salmon dial" Quartz 1980s

For Sale is a 1980s Tissot Tank watch, reference A222. A rectangular dress watch from Tissot’s late twentieth-century catalog. The case features a two-tone construction that gives the watch a subtle frame without overwhelming the dial.

The salmon dial introduces a warmer presence than the usual silver or white examples. Elongated Arabic numerals arranged in an Art Deco style stretch toward the center, surrounding a small seconds register positioned at six o’clock. The composition feels architectural, with the minute track and subdial forming a structured layout across the dial.

Driven by a quartz movement and fitted with its original Tissot leather strap and signed buckle. A refined tank-style watch with a distinctive dial color rarely seen in the line.
